⸻ 🏡 Welcome to Your Flint Creek Family Adventure! Our cozy cabin is listed as a one-bedroom, but don’t be fooled — it comfortably sleeps up to six guests! The master has a king bed, plus a daybed with trundle, and there’s a pullout sofa in the living room. Perfect for families or close friends (emphasis on close — you’ll get to know each other well!). 💦 Hot Tub Fun We’ve got an eco-friendly hot tub! It’s great once it’s hot, but if it hasn’t been used for a bit, it takes a while to heat up. When you arrive, check the temp — if it’s not around 100°, go ahead and turn it up. It’ll warm up while you settle in. 🐶 Pets Welcome We love furry guests! Pets are welcome. There is a $100 fee for pets that we drop down to $25 for those that register their pets. (nothing you have to do.) but if you fail to register your pet, unfortunately, we will charge you the $100. 🛏 Sleeping Arrangements If you’re bringing six adults, space will be snug. But don’t worry — we can provide a rollaway bed if you let us know ahead of time. Families with kids usually find it comfy and fun! 🧺 What’s Provided You’ll find: • 2 rolls of toilet paper • 1 roll of paper towels • Towels, bedding, and at least one fan • Basic cooking essentials (bring extras if you plan on gourmet meals!) Planning to swim in the creek? Bring extra towels and river shoes — the creek bed is rocky. 🕷 Country Charm We’re deep in nature — bugs and spiders like it here too. We have regular pest control, but webs on the porch at night are just part of the show. 🌐 Wi-Fi Yes, we’ve got fiber internet! It’s fast most of the time, but Oklahoma storms can cause hiccups. Try resetting the router first; if that doesn’t help, message us and we can reset it remotely. 🔥 Fire & Fun • Grill: Propane, ready to use. • Inner Tubes: Two river-quality tubes included — please treat them kindly. • Firewood: Each stay includes 2 bundles (20 pieces), plus 1 extra bundle if you’re here 4+ nights. Need more? → Forage from fallen limbs, or grab extra bundles at the rack near the watershed ($10 each). Want to go big? We’ll deliver 60+ pieces for $50. 🌳 Explore the Property Guests of A Million Dreams Cabins can wander all 50 acres! Explore, take photos, or relax by the creek — just be mindful of other guests’ privacy near their cabins. 💧 Creek Access Points We’ve got 3 easy entry spots: 1. Near the waterfall – between two cabins; follow the small stream and stay close to it. 2. The Overlook – stone steps down to the water; deeper here, so tread carefully. 3. Down the Trail (to the left of the overlook) – shallower, great for wading, but can get muddy after rain.
