About

Beautiful custom built multi level cabin in the trees overlooking crystal clear scenic Waterway Flint Creek. While you’re sitting on the deck or on the swinging bed watching the Eagles fly or the river otters scamper about. A family of deer may slowly meander right underneath you clueless that you are 25 feet overhead! It’s a Treehouse. The Lower level has a hot tub and an area to just relax and visit while playing games with your family or loved one.

Good to know

This open floorplan enables this cabin to be used for a romantic getaway or to bringing your crew out for a memorable time. Lower level has a HotTub, access to a bathroom, and an area to relax and hang out. Please note: we do allow animals in this cabin. Since we have trundle beds under the floating bed, please do NOT use them as dog beds. This requires multiple cleanings. The outdoor oversized spiral staircase will lead you to the Upper area that has a stunning deck and a view to kill for. Upstairs has an open floorplan with a king sized”floating bed”, lots of windows, a full kitchen, and bathroom. Additional beds? We have a loft with 2 full sized beds perfect for the kids to crawl up in. We also have 2 trundles that are under the floating bed for those who need additional beds. Pull out couch is a final place for someone to kick back and relax. Built for a small family, up to 6 can sleep in it depending on the size of the humans. An outdoor dumbwaiter will help get your luggage to the top with ease. Please note due to safety concerns with the dumbwaiter, we do lock it up. If you feel your going to need it, please reach out to us, and we will send you a waiver text that we need you to read and agree to, so were very clear on how it works. Cleaning and Exiting: $100 in Extra fees: We try to be as affordable as we can. Our cleaners will assess a $100 additional cleaning fee if these things are not met. 1. We do have cleaners that come for "Light" cleaning. Normal use is fine, and there is a Dishwasher. Large kitchen messes that are created and left for the cleaners will result in an upcharge from them. 2. Late checkout: They are on a tight schedule, so if you need to make arrangements, please let us know, but if they come out and have to wait an hour or more for our guests to leave so they can clean up, then they will leave, and bill us, and then come back. So please be on time, or communicate with us so we can do what we can to adjust their schedules ahead of time.

Other Details to Note

The Grill: It is a propane grill. Inner tubes: We will provide 2 river quality tubes for use. (During the summer) Please use them with care. Animal policy: we are currently testing our animal policy. We have two beds that are trundle beds. please do not allow your dogs to sleep on those as dog beds. Pets: We LOVE pets, but many shed and make messes, so we charge a $25 fee per pet per stay. (Much cheaper than boarding them) BUT- you have to book them. Failure to book them is a $75 fee for cleaning. (Please book them) Fireplace heater: yes we have a remote that should be around, but for some reason guests like to take it with them. If this does occur and you cannot find it, the fireplace is a touch screen, so you can easily bypass the remote and turn it on old fashioned style. Firewood: In an effort to keep costs low, we have calculated average use of firewood, and we set it as part of the price. Each Cabin will be allotted 2 bundles of firewood for their use. Those staying 4 days or longer will get an extra bundle. If you feel like you need more firewood, we have a couple of options. There is plenty of wood around from fallen limbs, etc. around if you feel like foraging. OR we have a rack that is right next to the watershed mid property with bundles on it. On the rack you can pick up extra bundles for $10 each. The property Everyone that is staying in A Million Dreams Cabins will have access to the property . We have to respect people’s privacy. You are welcome to walk around the property and take a look at things. We have 50 acres. If you do walk up on someone else’s cabin, we ask that you just be respectful . Access to the creek : There are three main access points to the creek . Meaning there’s three areas that we have cleared away so you can get in and out of the creek really easily, of course you’re welcome to trench through the trees and the tall grass if you choose. One is near the waterfall. This one is in between two cabins, so when you are walking towards the waterfall, just stay close to the stream that leads up to the creek so that you don’t end up in somebody’s backyard. The overlook : there is some rocks that are stairsteps down by the overlook. That is the deck that overhangs over the creek, you can get down to the creek on either side of the overlook if you choose. The water is gonna be a little bit deeper there so depending on what you’re trying to accomplish just be careful. Down the trail … if you were standing facing the creek near the overhang if you go to your left, there’s a trail back there. The difficulty with the trail is out when we get lots of rain it gets muddy. But for the rest of the year it is fine. If you walk back along that trail, there will be an access point at the creek and it is a shallower access point. Storms and turbulent weather: We do have a storm shelter: When you pull into the property, and the road curves to the left, follow it all the way down, past the large cabin on the left with the bright tree, since your in the tree house, its right on your right as soon as you start driving out. a big green building. The entrance will say tornado shelter, and the code is 7777. There are benches and lanterns in there. You do not have to ask, just go be safe. Laundry Clarification: yes there is laundry nearby. We have utility building that has a washer and dryer in it and if you have an emergency, let us know. We can figure out how to help you out. TV- The cabin is equipped with a Roku TV. You can sign in as a guest, and then stream with your favorite streaming service. Going to a cabin without s’mores is like a campfire without stars — simply unthinkable! ✨ We refuse to let such a tragedy befall your stay, so every guest receives a starter s’mores kit of wonder. Inside you’ll find everything you need to spark the magic: roasting sticks, a firestarter, a lighter, fluffy clouds of marshmallows, graham crackers, and Hershey’s chocolate squares just waiting to melt into gooey perfection. So gather ‘round the crackling fire, share a few laughs, and let us handle the marshmallows — you just make the memories. 🔥🍫💫 Surprise your loved one with a snuggly welcome! Choose a plush otter, beaver, golden retriever, lion, or Little Dreamer. 🦦🐾🦁 $14.99 + tax, 48-hour notice please. 💫

You can use the entire cabin, and firepit. The creek overlook is an area that any of our renters can use and access the creek. We have NEVER had an issue with people walking into the treehouse area, so that should not be an issue.

BOOK THIS TREEHOUSE! You will not regret it! It is clean, easy to get into, hosts are TOP NOTCH! Beds were out of this world comfortable. Easy and clear instructions all the way around! We LOVED LOVED LOVED the swings around the fire pit - we could have stayed out there ALL night, but we chose to end our night in the hot tub EVERY NIGHT! It was simply the best air b&b we have ever stayed in. Could not have asked for a better experience!

We absolutely loved staying at this hidden gem. All the details of this home are so well done & thoughtful. The kids had a blast & we all made some lovely memories together in this beautiful space. The scavenger hunt was an absolute highlight of the trip. We enjoyed all the patios, & the adorable smores tacklebox. The hot tub was comfortable, worked great, & the fire pit was cozy. Would 10/10 recommend this spot for families. Thank you Art & Noelle for the love & care you put into making the treehouse so special. We loved it all! & we want to know how to make those jars that line the driveway! They're so neat!

We really enjoyed our stay for my husband’s 40th birthday. The property is so peaceful and Arthur & Noell are very friendly and responsive. There are so many thoughtful, fun details in the treehouse for the entire family! The scavenger hunt, s’mores, and popsicles for the kids, plenty of relaxing seating outside, floats for the river, bluetooth speaker, plenty of linens, well stocked kitchen, plenty of firewood with supplies to get it going…. The list goes on. The beds were all extremely comfortable. We loved walking the property, checking out all the details and fun surprises throughout (both natural and man-made). The hosts dropped off a birthday gift for my husband which was quite unexpected. They also messaged with helpful info before our arrival and to say that they had prayed over the property and their guests. We certainly felt God’s peace as we rested in His creation as a family. We will definitely be back to this little slice of heaven on earth!
